These loans are secured by properties being acquired and/or owned as an investment for a defined commercial/industrial use. The investment can be short or long term depending on the needs of the Owner/Borrower. Our Borrower may be any legal entity, whether an individual, corporation, nonprofit, or partnership. The loan may be for acquisition, rehab of an existing structure for lease, development or improvement for owner occupancy/resale, or a simple refinance. We structure the terms and conditions of our loans to fit each individual request.
